The Proof Loop: Why We Run 30 Days Before We Sell Anything

There is a discipline that separates evidence from enthusiasm. We are not asking anyone to believe a fantasy. We are asking them to fund — or join — a room where belief must become observable.

Four signals run the loop. Return: do they come back in week four without being chased? Reflect: do notes deepen from what happened to what I am becoming? Refer: does one person say they would bring someone? Repeat: can another facilitator run it from the playbook without founder charisma?

If those four fire, the next cohort earns its existence. If they do not, the protocol changes or the venture stays killed. Evidence before software. Story before scale.
